Since the primary purpose of this website is to create a forum for my musings and oh-so-wise counsel, designated "The Unfolding Revelations", it seems I should provide you with some background on what influences me, what I've studied, and where my interests lie.
A life-long yearning to understand the movements of the universe has impelled my practical and spiritual life toward many avenues of study. Since the 1970’s this has included the fine arts, sacred geometry, plant medicines and teachers, work with the Gurdjieff Foundation, breathwork with Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks, and the Motherwavework with Kathryn Masters Darling. I am certified as a Motherwavework Practitioner and Trainer and I taught breathwork and Motherwavework for 6 years in the Bay Area, Nevada City, New York, and Massachusetts. I have taught my own synthesis of breathwork: "The Subtle Art of Breathing" in the Bay Area at the Songbird Healing Center in Cotati, CA.
I have been an avid student of integrative sciences, among them chaos theory and fractals, systems theory and deep ecology, and permaculture. I have also been open to and immensely appreciative of the wisdom coming from other dimensions, especially through certain channeled entities, such as Bashar and Abraham-Hicks, and the crop circles.
I am the founder and director of the Bay Area Crop Circle Study Group, which meets monthly. Through this forum we study the implications of the mysterious phenomenon known as crop circles at our monthly meetings. Speakers, DVDs, pictures, and the lively engagement of the group are always stimulating.

My skill as a breathwork facilitator combines my cultivated trust in life and the body, and my understanding of the power of and sensitivity to the energetic configurations we hold. Our natural, mighty energy field becomes distorted by belief systems and emotional and physical tension patterns that may not be what we truly desire. Our lives are intimately affected by these constructions. My strongest passion is to engage people into awareness of what these constructions are and encourage the ability to choose what we truly want. I have a deep understanding of how the breath interacts with this, and am able to guide individuals using this master tool in conjunction with tools of self-integration. I also have a sweet sense of humor, heart and humble certainty (or is it a certain humility?), which creates safety to unfold into our joyful and glowing beings. I also love cultivating my aesthetic propensity through quilting in an impressionist style, gardening both landscape and potager, and creating a beautiful and sacred living space.
